This Summer Solstice session will focus on breathing practices that help us build stamina and our energy reserves, and open our hearts, to be able to hold all the great abundance this season brings!
The element of Summer is Fire, with the next on the wheel being Water. Through our breath, we will explore how to steady & stabilize our Fire to alleviate burnout, and reduce excess anger and aggravation in the body and mind (i.e. excess Fire) with the help of cooling Water.
The highlight will be the breath practices, but you can also expect mantra, mudra, & movement for a well-rounded ceremony.
